Always throw light material into the skip first, then heavier items can go on the top to get the most out of your skip!

If in doubt on which size skip to hire, we recommend going for a larger skip to provide enough space for all your waste.

Generally we find customers tend to underestimate the quantity of waste.

Do you have waste that can be recycled such as garden waste (green waste), soil, concrete or bricks?

If you hire a skip bin for each material, so one bin for garden waste, another for soil etc, you get a discount!

When ordering skips for soil be careful not to underestimate the amount because it always looks less on the ground.
